These terms and conditions govern your use of the EasyLock.bike website and mobile application (the "Services") operated by EasyLock.bike ("we", "us", "our").
1. Definitions
"Company" refers to a registered business entity using the Services. "User" refers to any individual with an account. "Lock" refers to the physical bike lock devices managed through the Services. "Subscription" refers to the recurring payment plan for lock management.
2. Account Registration
To use the Services, you must register with a valid company VAT number and business email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Lock management requires an active subscription. Payments are processed monthly or yearly through Mollie B.V. Prices are displayed excluding VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. A 7-day grace period applies after a failed payment before service interruption.
4. Use of the Services
You agree to use the Services only for their intended purpose: managing bike locks for your company. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services or lock firmware.
5. Lock Hardware
Locks remain the property of the company that purchased them. We are not responsible for physical damage, theft, or loss of locks. Battery replacement is the responsibility of the lock owner.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard. Upon termination, your locks will continue to function but will not be manageable through the Services.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
